By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions, regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We ship via Express Australia Post and orders usually get delivered within 1-3 business days (up to 5 days to WA).
Orders under $90 AUD - Flat rate of $9.95 AUD for EXPRESS SHIPPING
Orders over $90 AUD - FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are sent via Regular Australia Post. Price varies roughly between $14 - $30 AUD for up to 500g (usually 2 items), but will be calculated at checkout. International orders are expected to be delivered within 3-10 business days (COVID-19 delays may occur up to 14 days).
Please note all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
International customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority. We do not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order gets shipped you will receive an email providing the tracking number for delivery, so you can track the progress of your order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SHIPPING
Delivery times are subject to change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages in transit.
For international orders: Please allow time for your order to travel through customs and COVID-19 regulations present in your country.
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong shipping/delivery address is provided, IVORY ORBS may not be able to offer reimbursement for this package.

Which countries do you send to?
We ship to over 80 countries! You will have the option to select your country of origin from our "ship to country" drop down list at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to have your order dispatched within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends, public holidays. In some instances due to high volume of orders please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be dispatched.
